Extended Stay America Select Suites- Tallahassee - Northwest

I've been a resident of this establishment for some time now and have seen the management switch hands many times. However, the current staff as of 2-2-26, has been the best thus far. Always attentive to the needs of the guest, engages in friendly conversations and respectful. I am grateful they are all here and appreciative of their hard work. Thanks yall!!

If your looking for long term , short time , or “just in between places,” I highly recommend Extended Stay America! I have been staying here for three weeks now, with my two children. The staff is very friendly and when I arrived I felt very welcomed . The room was clean , the beds were perfectly made and smelled good too . The staff even makes sure we have clean towels and ask to change our linens. This place is quiet, peaceful. and a great place to have a good nights rest.

This location is absolutely amazing. The workers are amazing. Even the GM is there daily. They’re also so amazing so helpful and they never make you feel like a burden the front desk staff are amazing the young gentleman that works there as well are all very amazing

If you can’t be at home might as well be here. They’ve treated me like family as soon as I’ve been here every way for Miss Sheila at the front desk all the way to the people that clean the room I would highly recommend.

During my stay at this location, I’ve consistently observed outstanding service from the front desk employee, Mr. Joe. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and accommodated. His genuine passion for his work is evident in the way he interacts with everyone, always maintaining a positive attitude, showing attentiveness, and offering kindness to all. I frequently choose this location largely because of the excellent customer service provided by the entire team, but Mr. Joe truly stands out. His dedication, professionalism, and work ethic are exceptional, and I believe he deserves formal recognition for his contributions. While I appreciate all the staff here, this message is especially for Mr. Joe—an exemplary representative of hospitality. Thank you, Mr. Joe, for all that you do.

As a hotel guest in residence for awhile I have been in consistent contact with the employees and have watched Managers circulate like a revolving door. I read the reviews but my experience is from a different perspective. Sheila is, and has always been warm, kind, and engaging with us. Same for Mr. Joe who has a salt of the earth disposition and fits well in a hospitality environment. The jewel in my opinion is Nick the maintenance worker who responds to any request efficiently and professionally. We have had issues in our room with appliances and he is pristine in his service. The new manager has just arrived recently but pays attention to guest needs, is concerned about comfort and very personable. We've never felt anything but seen and heard

Peaple were very helpful , professional and super friendly. My castle zone, hated leaving. Totally recommend them,enjoy your stay.

I've have stay extended stay for Short terms. And Desk were nice and manager where extra nice and great.So I've recommended that stay extended stay america.
